臨床試験経験

通常の維持用量（400mg/日）以上では、コルダロンは全患者の約四分の三で有害反応を引き起こし、7-18％で中止する。

米国のオープン研究で治療されたほぼ5,000人の患者の調査およびコルダロンによる治療の発表された報告では、コルダロンの中止を最も頻繁に必 その他の症状としては、視覚障害、光感受性、青色皮膚変色、甲状腺機能亢進症、甲状腺機能低下症などが挙げられる。

甲状腺

一般的な：甲状腺機能低下症、甲状腺機能亢進症。

心臓血管

胃腸

非常に一般的な：吐き気、嘔吐。

一般的な：便秘、食欲不振、腹痛。

Dermatologic

Common: Solar dermatitis/photosensitivity.

Neurologic

Common: Malaise and fatigue, tremor/abnormal involuntarymovements, lack of coordination, abnormal gait/ataxia, dizziness, paresthesias,decreased libido, insomnia, headache, sleep disturbances.

Ophthalmic

Common: Visual disturbances.

Hepatic

Common: Abnormal liver-function tests, nonspecifichepatic disorders.

Respiratory

Common: Pulmonary inflammation or fibrosis.

Other

Common: 洗い流すこと、異常な好みおよび臭いの浮腫、異常な唾液分泌、凝固の異常。

市販後の経験

血液学的: hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia,pancytopenia, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, granuloma.

Immune: anaphylactic/anaphylactoid reaction (includingshock), angioedema.

Neurologic: pseudotumor cerebri, parkinsonian symptomssuch as akinesia and bradykinesia (sometimes reversible with discontinuation oftherapy), demyelinating polyneuropathy.

Psychiatric: hallucination, confusional state,disorientation, delirium.

Cardiac: hypotension (sometimes fatal), sinus arrest.

Respiratory: 好酸球性肺炎、急性呼吸器術後の設定におけるディスストレス症候群、気管支痙攣、閉塞性細気管支炎肺炎、肺胞出血、胸水、胸膜炎を組織する。

胃腸：膵炎、急性膵炎。

皮膚および皮下組織障害: urticaria, toxicepidermal necrolysis (sometimes fatal), erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnsonsyndrome, exfoliative dermatitis, bullous dermatitis, drug rash witheosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS), eczema, pruritus, skin cancer,lupus-like syndrome.

Musculoskeletal: myopathy, muscle weakness,rhabdomyolysis.

Renal: renal impairment, renal insufficiency, acute renalfailure.

Reproductive: epididymitis, impotence.

Body as a whole: fever, dry mouth.

Endocrine and metabolic: thyroid nodules/ thyroid cancer,syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH).

Vascular: vasculitis.
